If you do this thing called lifting weights and moderate cardio you can actually eat what you like without getting fat.

    🙂

Fat people don't have low heart rates.

Not true. I'm currently 325lbs (about 100lbs over weight) and my resting heart rate is in high 40's to mid 50's, depending on how hard I'm resting.

      this is incorrect
you will just increase your caloric intake to maintain your fat because the body is a b***h

My RHR while sleeping is around 45. Is this normal?

      Anonymous

That’s fine, it’s a worry if it suddenly goes up 7-10bpm at night. Usually will mean your body is fatigued or you are about to have a cold for a few days

    Mirin' OP's monk mode
Seriously though, it's really low. Is this dangerous for your health? I'm at 68-72 bpm resting, which i consider too high. I want to get it down to below 60.

Mine's 48 and I'm a lazy neet. I guess my most consistent exercise is that I stand literally all day. I'll sit for maybe 1-2 ho3irs a day tops, mostly to eat

It sucks ass when you’re a cardiolet, but build it up enough and a lot of shit that was once unbearable will feel pretty nice and energizing.

Get a doctor and have and EKG. If nothings shows up you're golden.
Got one after some chest pain and the doctor told me I had great cardiovascular health, as in "are you a pro athlete?" level, with a RHR 43.
