    You have to use Fat Gripz for ALL, I repeat, ALL exercises you do that involves a straight bar, from pull ups to dead hangs, from squats to deadlifts.
    And then use a gripper like CoC or whatever brand of your preference for extra crushing power training on your free time.

      You trying to take the fast lane to snap city? You need to train your extensors as well. Brachioradialis also contributes a lot of size to the forearm, so reverse curls should be performed as well.

          Fat gripz on reverse curls would end up turning it into a grip exercise instead of a brachioradialis exercise. Reverse curls are already really hard on your grip so they're not necessary.

    I do normal ez bar curls, reverse curls, wrist curls+finger curls, and reverse wrist curls.

    Might get fat grips anyways since I like training my forearms so much.

    Pic related. Just don't stick your arms out when doing wrist rollers. You don't need to work out your front delts while isolating forearms.

    grip is bad for forearms, you need to do wrist curls and wrist extensions

    you can also do things like dead hangs or pull ups or inverted rows where you will activate the forearms much higher than just doing grip shit.

    Grip shit will grow the frick out of your hand muscles. The hands and forearms are a little complicated in terms of function, there's some hand specific muscles that help grip, but then there's the forearms that also contribute, but if you want forearms you need to focus on those, not grip.
