    I'm a cardiolet but walking on a 10%+ incline at 5km/h gets my heart rate high as fuck, higher then jogging even.

    Yes, you can get pretty fit from just walking but you have to do it a lot.

    Yes, its GOATed on a cut. Low intensity steady state cardio helps hugely.

      Yes but it's not an exercise for progressing your abilities. It's more for low strain calorie burning to help a cut without incurring extra fatigue.

      These guys are right. It's a great way to burn extra calories on a cut without exhausting yourself.

    It will keep weight down. I'm always thinnest when I'm living somewhere where walking a lot is essential

    Yes it is the best exercise. Mental health, general recovery, cardio foundation, foot strength, etc. But it is something you have to do a lot throughout the day to walkmaxx. You can't just do it all in a 2 hr "workout" window and reap the benefits.

    It depends on your level of fitness,
    If it stimulates your body beyond what it is accustomed to then yes. But if it's not stimulus beyond what your body is used to then it is simply "physical activity" (Still beneficial) and not exercise.
