just hop into bed and close your eyes, when you need shit to put you to sleep you have other underlying issues you need to address.
You are probably >overweight >elevated resting heart rate >stressed out af >no daily exercise >going to the gym to hit full body 3 days a weeks, does not count as daily exercise.
>sleep stack
more like a cringe stack. the ideal sleep looks like this: >fall asleep <30min >dream >not waking up during sleep >wake up and feel rested and immediately awake. no drowsiness. >when waking up you feel like emerging from a deep pool of water
if you dont experience this something is wrong with you. most likely related with something you eat
>sleep mask, with eye cups so it doesn't cause pressure on your eye balls >ear plugs, because you likely live in an area that isn't 100% silent especially in the early morning >an actual comfortable bed, that you bought with your own money. if there's one thing you should be using your disposable income on it's the most quality expensive bed you think you can afford that you have tested and actually like. mlily or temporpedic are my recommendations >melatonin for when you might actually not be able to sleep well. diphenhydramine for when you need it to hit harder
Don't use screens like an hour before you want to go to bed, do relaxing things like casually reading a book, then before you head in to bed to go to sleep hand write out all your thoughts in a journal. No lights in the room when you're trying to sleep and put on a podcast to distract you from any thoughts that might pop up. Done
this unironically works but you'll be completely dependent on the sun for when you want to sleep and it's not sustainable with a social life, and winter will fuck you
Have you had any results with that kind of thing? Agree with the cool dark room part. Pitch black ideally.
Try to fight back... I did once and beat whatever tf was trying to latch onto me and it's never happened to me since. Basically don't be afraid
Unfathomably based demon brawler
just go to sleep bro. Just close your eyes.
yeah
How do i dreammaxx?
I can fall asleep normally but rarely recall any dreams
My advice: >Keep a dream journal. Record dreams, their content, and your sleep/wake times. >Read the fuck up on dreaming/lucid dreaming. I recommend Stephen Laberges work, it's basically essential reading. >Once dream recall is good enough (2-3 dreams recalled a night), try the MILD or WILD techniques, or a combination of the two.
I admit I'm still working on my dreams, but this has really helped me. I'm going to fuck anime bitches in my dreams and noone can stop me.
I remember being really into lucid dreaming and would get it decently often a while back, but life got really busy and I lost my edge, takes a lot of conscious effort throughout the day ironically to maintain your lucidity at night. Never got to shag anime girls, I’d always wake up before things got good, so I just stuck to flying around and exploring the dream spaces, lots of fun, I should get back into
Yeah i have . I live close to tropics and environment isn't that conducive to sleep either. But binaurals prime the brain to sleep.
Now you can force yourself to stay awake . But if you lie down comfortably you'll most likely drift away.
I have to be exhausted, i wish i could go to sleep in 45 mins. 30% of the time i will lay there for 4-5 hrs before i fall asleep....then wake up with only 2hrs sleep. It fucking sucks!
you know if you picked a timeframe to sleep, lets say 10:30 - 7:30 and never EVER tried to sleep any other time in about 2 weeks youd be sleeping better then youve ever slept
Lists like this is just autistic, you don't need half that shit, just have a dark, temperate room and avoid screens/food/exercise before bed. Waking up and going to bed at the same time everyday will fix your circadian rhythm
the problem is your retard brain and not the absence of an exogenous chemical compound or an inane physical ritual. stop acting like a brittle aspergic gay retard and this problem will go away.
This is basically my tactic too. Go to sleep with headphones, put on a podcast, at some point I'll half wake up and take off headphones. Knocks me out pretty good
I have terrible anxiety but for some reason I fall asleep within seconds of hitting the pillow but sometimes I'll wake up and think about something I did 10 years ago and cant go back to sleep
The only people I've met who have insomnia are all lazy, unfulfilled fucks.
If you work some shitass part time job, spend the rest of your day smoking weed and jerking off to anime its no surprise you cant sleep.
Insomnia it's a purely modern phenomenon because only modern humans have the luxury of being lazy enough for it to be able to exist.
Never been able to fall asleep easily. >Don't smoke weed >Don't drink alcohol >Don't consume caffeine >No sugar or processed food >Work full time >Gym 2 hours a day >No food 2 hours before sleep >No screens 2 hours before sleep >Dark, quiet, cold room >Comfy bed >Melatonin >Zzzquil >Trazedone
None of those things made it any easier to fall asleep. Even if I'm at the point of physical exhaustion, my brain just does not stop. I've tried antipsychotics and antidepressants, neither made a difference. Doesn't matter if I'm bulking or cutting. I'm completely clean now and have just accepted that I'm never going to sleep well. The only adjustment I've made to get more "sleep" is to just lay down 2 hours earlier so my body at least rests before I try to fall asleep.
The most important thing is get rid of stress and anxiety. Getting a gay "sleep stack" will probably increase anxiety by creating situations like: oh no i took my L-theanine but not my zinc, now ill fall asleep 4 minutes later! If you believe the supliments work then you also believe that you will fail without them.
It is a misconception that you need to be “dreaming” to sleep.
If you lay in bed at close your eyes for 45 minutes before dreaming, it is sleeping. Your body is still performing important recovery functions while you lay there and do nothing with your eyes closed.

I lift and eat quite literally right before I go to sleep.
I lift like a madman in my home gym, drink and eat my postworkout meal, take a shower and then proceed to sleep like a baby right after all that.
Anyway, the easiest things to try are glycine, melatonin, limiting blue light before sleep, making sure it's dark in your room, and getting tired during the day.
usually 1-2 minutes but I only go to bed when I am actually tired and dont force a certain time on it. sometimes I only sleep 6h and sometimes up to 10-11h.
>No "blue light", anything from a screen especially computer or phone. Get BlueBlockers, start wearing 2hrs before bed >Go to bed at the same time every night, weekends, friday, every fucking night no excuses >No drugs, weed, xanax (any benzo), booze are all actually terrible for sleep >No eating for at least 3 hours before bed >Exercise at some point during the day, not close to bed (idk 3+ hrs before bed) >Minimal caffiene intake, shit stays in your bloodstream a lot longer than you think. Actually applies to any stims >Read before bed, idk it just puts me to sleep
This should get you to fall asleep, but it may take weeks for your sleep to improve depending on how fucked up you are. Also, this won't cure any chronic issues like adrenal fatigue, cortisol shit, good luck if you have that.
close your fucking eyes and fall asleep.
It's normal to take 20 or so minutes to fall asleep, if you are having trouble you may want to work on your mental health, meditation could help with trouble relaxing/brain fog, also you should try your best to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, and try not staring at screens 30 mins before beddytimes.
i cut out all caffeine and the difference in sleep quality was the main benefit
fell asleep almost immediately and waking up is an entirely different experience
45 minutes is not that much? Just go to bed 45 minutes earlier lmao. DONT buy a hundred dollars worth of pills like the guy in your pic, you'll have to start shilling too because that's what junkies have to do
Sleep stack: wake up at 7am every day, work out until physical exhaustion every day, have the willpower to go to bed and actually turn off all the electronic shit, sleep like a baby as soon as my head hits pillow.
I know guys who claim to be healthy but get dogshit sleep and have no idea why. Meanwhile they consume 2 scoops preworkout and lift at like midnight, stay up playing games, and then try to get up early the next day
I'm pretty sure most people with "sleep issues" just do it to themselves
Try earplugs. Make sure you exercise. Blackout curtains. No screens at least 1-2 hours before bed. Try reading or meditating in bed instead. No caffeine after morning. No afternoon coffee. A small amount of chocolate is fine.
before bed: >magnesium glycinate >l-theanine >hot shower >no bright lights after 6 >no caffeine after noon >no exercise in the evening
after waking: >quick cold shower >bright lights >get daylight as early as possible, even if cloudy >exercise in morning >get daylight all day as much as possible >no caffeine until 2 hours after waking
screen time, mattress etc doesn't matter. don't have naps, just be tired
Works: >sleep in a cold room >minimize distracting noise(use earplugs if your living situation is bad enough) >keep room as dark as possible, particularly get rid of any blinking LEDs and such >melatonin(find correct dose, usually very little is needed)
Optional but will probably help: >keep regular sleep schedule: both time you go to sleep and how long you sleep >physical activity(for me it's only enough when I do a full work out or a long hike which is not possible every single day)
Meme, don't bother: >limiting blue light exposure >most drugs that aren't melatonin
t. used to take 1-2 hours falling asleep, now fall asleep under 20 minutes on a bad night
I drink caffeine at 9:45 and lift 10pm to 11:30. I'm wired till 4 AM. Get productive and do the dishes. only fucks with me on M,W,F mornings for work, but only one of those do I need to be awake before 11 usually so I usually get my 6.5 to 7 hours in.
>then >used to rely on melatonin to put me to sleep >would spend hours tossing and turning and occasionally shitposting late at night from sleep anxiety (which is apparently a thing) >always woke up a sleep deprived zombie >now >just turn all my shit off an hour before bed and lie down in total darkness >wake up at the same time every day and go to bed at the same time each night >always wake up refreshed and have a good day
It's that easy, bois. Just cold turkey yourself and suffer for a week or two while your body sorts its shit out. I fall asleep in like ten minutes now even when I'm actively thinking about stuff. Meditation only makes it faster
I lay down an hour before bedtime and fall asleep 50 mins before bedtime. I guess you can say that's my real bedtime and I get extra sleep from it but it's a buffer zone so I don't undersleep
>avoid cellphone use 20 mins prior to bed >never check phone in the bed >put the phone on charging cable thats out of arms reach >be tired from work >room is comfy temperature >asleep in 5-10 mins like clockwork
Unfortunately I have a shitty mattress/shitty pillows so my neck and shoulders feels tense/sore most of the time
Alcohol makes it easier to sleep and causes you to rise earlier, I try to drink at least 5 beers, fall asleep at midnight and wake at 5am. This allows me a significant amount of time to be racist on the internet each day
I just do no electronics an hour before, lofi/jazz music, no coffee/such past a certain point. I still get bad nights sometimes but I work in oil and gas and ive seen way too many people abuse melatonin to sleep.
Biggest thing, don't try to think about nothing. Letting your mind wander helps, and it definitely helps me. Besides that, get a sleep mask and maybe blackout curtains to limit light, and have some sort of ambient noise, a fan even works.
Glowmorons always have a fuckin stack for everything >Here's my jacking off stack >Ass cushion for max comfort >Ball massager >Vibrator for g-spot maxxing >Lushion for maxx lubricant >Spatial IQ puzzles for max imagination gains
Just do the fuckin thing already bitch why is everything such a chore for your autistic ass
yesterday i tried to go to sleep early but i was laying there >dark room >cool temp >comfy bed >no food late in the day >no caffeine late in the day >etc...
and my heart was just racing. couldnt fall asleep
Go see a doctor, that's too long.
I have found intentional breathing (ie meditating 20 mins per day, while awake, as prescribed by a therapist) to help fall asleep faster.
I suspect the difficulty was caused by stress.
>It takes me over 45 minutes to fall asleep each night.
This isnt a bad thing. Spend those 45 minutes going over what you did for the day, things you could have done better etc. After that, use the time to quiet your mind and focus on your breathing.
200mg trazodone

I know I had a great sleep when the first thing I do when waking up is wiggle my toes
I'm autistic btw
Haha, I do this too. It's to stop me falling back asleep but without taking the cold, unpleasant step of actually sitting up and getting out of bed
>sleep mask, with eye cups so it doesn't cause pressure on your eye balls

What is a nose
something that will get in the way of it sitting completely flat on your face and causing light to come into the mask in the morning
make sure you get a mask that also accomodates your giant gnomish honker
Missed the point entirely
I'm sorry english isn't your first language. maybe then you'd actually explain yourself properly

Socialise through the day moron wtf
Nice, and what do I do for the 70% of the year where the sun is not up within one hour of waking?
I would guess those companies paid him to make that tweet. You can’t trust anything online anymore.
get in bed and stretch like you're trying to get taller then get comfy and sleep
1000mg semen injection
Simply turn on the lucid dreams binaural in my binaural beats therapy app and fall asleep in 30 mins and wake up having the most intense dreams.
Cool,dark room helps though.
The one time I tried these I got sleep paralysis and was attacked by demons

worrying so much about falling sleep is causing you unable to fall asleep
go to bed 45 minutes earlier
simple
Don't you mean 45 minutes later?
if you want to be asleep by 11pm, and it takes 45 min to fall asleep, go to bed at 10:15pm
If he doesn't fall asleep until 11:45 why not go to bed at 11:45
Heh
>melatonin, take as little as you can and try not to everyday

easy

Did you guys know Melatonin is an Aromatase inhibitor? Should we be taking it for gains?
My sleep stack:
>Youtube video about video gaym in the background
>fall asleep in two minutes
Not even kidding, I've been doing this for years
This is basically my tactic too. Go to sleep with headphones, put on a podcast, at some point I'll half wake up and take off headphones. Knocks me out pretty good
I touch my bed and fall asleep. I don't snore either.
It pisses my wife off so much as she has trouble sleeping.
Just sleep less than 7 hours and then you’ll fall asleep once your head hits the pillow

your mental health is trash no offense bro you have anxiety or depression or something and its keeping you up
250 mg carnosic acid
That's it
Just go to sleep?
The most important thing is get rid of stress and anxiety. Getting a gay "sleep stack" will probably increase anxiety by creating situations like: oh no i took my L-theanine but not my zinc, now ill fall asleep 4 minutes later! It is a misconception that you need to be “dreaming” to sleep.
If you lay in bed at close your eyes for 45 minutes before dreaming, it is sleeping. Your body is still performing important recovery functions while you lay there and do nothing with your eyes closed.
I think this is the most retarded post I'm going to see in the whole week
I get very anxious at night

Anyway, the easiest things to try are glycine, melatonin, limiting blue light before sleep, making sure it's dark in your room, and getting tired during the day.
watch camping with steve
For me? It's ASMR.
usually 1-2 minutes but I only go to bed when I am actually tired and dont force a certain time on it. sometimes I only sleep 6h and sometimes up to 10-11h.
My sleep stack is I’m bone tired from work and lifting. Maybe you’re just not working hard enough
Supplements won't do shit, here's my advice.
>No "blue light", anything from a screen especially computer or phone. Get BlueBlockers, start wearing 2hrs before bed
>Go to bed at the same time every night, weekends, friday, every fucking night no excuses
>No drugs, weed, xanax (any benzo), booze are all actually terrible for sleep
>No eating for at least 3 hours before bed
>Exercise at some point during the day, not close to bed (idk 3+ hrs before bed)
>Minimal caffiene intake, shit stays in your bloodstream a lot longer than you think. Actually applies to any stims
>Read before bed, idk it just puts me to sleep
This should get you to fall asleep, but it may take weeks for your sleep to improve depending on how fucked up you are. Also, this won't cure any chronic issues like adrenal fatigue, cortisol shit, good luck if you have that.

Good start.
Let me suggest:
At bed:
>Pitch black bedroom, 0 light
>Chill room to 63F or less
>Weighted blanket
On waking:
>Bright blue light
>can't sleep worth a fuck for nearly a month
>buy some new pillows
>sleep like someone shot me with a tranq dart
A lot of walking and reading for an hour before bed fixed half of my sleep issues
my sleep quality seems fine but the schedule is completely fucked in the ass
zma gives me dank dreams. i actually look forward to sleepin
Works:

>Here's my jacking off stack

>dark room
>cool temp
>comfy bed
>no food late in the day
>no caffeine late in the day
>etc...
and my heart was just racing. couldnt fall asleep
that seems extremely gay
Go see a doctor, that's too long.
I have found intentional breathing (ie meditating 20 mins per day, while awake, as prescribed by a therapist) to help fall asleep faster.
I suspect the difficulty was caused by stress.
>It takes me over 45 minutes to fall asleep each night.
This isnt a bad thing. Spend those 45 minutes going over what you did for the day, things you could have done better etc. After that, use the time to quiet your mind and focus on your breathing.
