      OP cannot, he thinks anything <3g carbs that doesn’t come in a single serve packaging is clean eating. Most of his meals are entirely unappealing, this one looks like a relatively appealing meal, but these are few and far and between. But, since OP wanted a taste of attention today as he prepared what he thinks is an extremely luxurious meal - a simple, even more deconstructed charcuterie board of cheese off of a party cheese tray pack, some generic deli sliced ham and turkey, and 1/3 of a tomato OP cut the moldy part off of since he normally doesn’t eat many vegetables and 1/4 of a zucchini that got cold while he was waiting for the tomato to finish getting luke warm on the stove.

          If you are serious about cutting only eat carbs before and after workout.
          And if you still have more room for carbs with your creatine.
          Try getting around 100 grams of carbs. 50 pre workout/30 after/20 with the creatine for example

              Good breh,at first you may drop weight suddenly but its not magic you will basically lose water,since you carb intake is gonna be mostly used by your muscles but this will make you lose weight in your cut for sure,fat obviously.

    No,Im just eating less.
    Mainly less than 200kcal after midday.
    Most of my calories are before and after workout.
    Around 700 kcal before and around 800kcal after.
    Working well but still fat ass no matter how much I lose lol,Im 5 8 and 158 lbs,I hope I look halfway decent at 150lbs,at this point I dont even want abs just a flat stomach and some muscles which I already have
