I'm too strong at face pulls to do them standing. Even with good friction I am starting to surpass the weight I can use for sets of 12-15 with good form due to physics.
I didn't do face pulls to get strong at face pulls, I spammed different rows + vertical pulls. Never bothered to do any rear delt isolation, I can probably count the amount of sets of rear flies I have done in my entire life with my fingers. They aren't underdeveloped or weak, if anything they're proportionally stronger than my medial and front delts.
