I've been trying these recently and I feel moronic when I do them.
      They're fun though

I've recently started doing db deadlifts with my olympic plate loaded dumbell. The stabilization aspect is very difficult, but makes it worth mastering in itself. That's not to mention the glute burn.

      >Lu raises
      I don't even oldx8dj8y lift I know they're good for your shoulders

Do you start slightly bent to hit your rear delts at the start?

I've started trialing these as a hinge that also challenges shoulder stability. Dumbell compound work in general is heavily underrated.

its a good exercise but I just wish I could work both arms, i've been doing them right handed like the diagram for a while and my left arm has yet to get gains. Will they release a left handed one too?

That sounds wicked except kb snatches wreck my hands.

You could do it with a dumbbell, I just happen to have kettlebells. But the secret to snatches is to corkscrew your hand while punching through the window and then your hands are spared.

Why one arm? Is it working different muscles from normal? Or is it like curls where it’s just better to focus on one at a time?

literally did these yesterday. it's because I only use two adjustable dumbbells and I got sick of changing the weights on both of them constantly for different symmetrical exercises, so now I just stick to two different weights and unilateral exercises.

      >He fell for the steel adjustable meme.
It’s ok, so did I, dumped them at my parent’s place and got a bowelflex set (recently saw rep makes them too, I’d probably get those instead now) they’re way better.

it's one of those beginner sets I bought when I was literally half my current age. I lack the room for a home gym, and the energy to go serious about training again any way. maybe later this year or next year I'll start going to a gym. or if I'm in a bigger apartment by the end of this year maybe I start assembling a minimalist home gym.

I do this but with both dumbells at the same time... should I do one at a time I guess it would make me have to focus more on stability?

I don't know the name of it. I sit on the end of a bench, up straight, let me arms hang down and do bicep curls, keeping my upper arm tighter to my sides than my forearms. Maybe this is just called bad form
