Nothing really since noobs are better off doing anything than nothing.
Could argue that telling them to do compound Olympic lifts with no help is most dangerous and likely to demoralize them into quitting.
Honestly people don't even walk and run properly.
Not to mention the constant sitting.
We are all basically live stock sitting in cages with open doors.
It's really up to each person to figure out how they've coped with their bio mechanics and fix it on their own.
Or hire someone who might figure it out for them.
Starting to wonder if this is a troll post designed to make beginners question everything they've learnt.
Reality is, every exercise works, every exercise does something. As long as you're using your body to resist the force of some heavy item, that's strength training and you're going to get stronger by doing that often and repeatedly.
So true. Squats literally do nothing.
>hey buddy! come do this exercise that imitates sitting down on the toilet!
Cant believe newbies fall for this lmao
Wrong
Nope
Wrong again
Cope

>if you work all the muscles that must mean its a good exercise!
Complete waste of time
FRICK YOU

Wrong
This is the ONLY triceps exercise that works
I thought these worked the lats and chest
Nope, they work tris, glutes, and calves. Great compound lift. Even better if you do it with a kettlebell.
That's a pullover noobs, not a skullcrusher. Arms are straight
Swimming
this one scares me cause I can only ever imagine the dumbbell falling on my head when I try them
best for big head of tricep
Hahaha, what the frick
>blue
cringe
It's blue to indicate that the exercise makes the muscles cool down- where as the usual red shows what muscles will become faster.
Nah this is a winner, just a skull crusher that doesn’t hurt my elbows

They barely do anything and are extremely tiring. So just like deadlifts, but much worse.
They're good for building forearms. Don't know why anyone would use it for legs. I also wouldn't recommend dumbells. I prefer kettlebell or plates
>xer doesn't do front raises
Enjoy your destroyed shoulders from all the benching
What a poor quality board.
Everytime I come back here I think the same thing.
Same as IST or maybe it’s just IST
What? These are amazing for forearms, and they do definitely help traps a bit.
