        yeah my nips are pretty big tbqhwyf
        posting physique not because it's impressive but just to prove I'm not fat, but my body fat is high ish.

    Burpees as well. They are awesome but I hate them. Football players do an even worse version with the "chop 'em and drop 'em" drill.

    Lunges and Squats. Yuck!

    I just do bulgarian lunges and my legs and ass have never looked better. Much better balance and agility too.

      decrease BB row weight and do them in sets of 12-15, then they will be your favorite
