>Not overweight, but definitely out of shape
>Very sedentary. Maybe 1000-3000 steps a day
>Virtually no exercise besides picking up a pair of dumbbells once a week if I remember to
>Always stressed from job, sleep poorly
Is it possible to increase my test if I start actually exercising? This is a huge wakeup call.Taking this office job 5 years ago has destroyed me mentally and physically and I barely even realized it until now.
Sleeping would help more.
Diet
Sleep
Exercise
Stress reduce
in that order
Sleep I think has way more effect on general well being than diet.
Although I never had a down right horrible diet even when i was overweight.
>baawwwww my test is smack dab in the middle of the normal range, I wish I were some genetic phenom whose test naturally hovers at 1000!!!!

Whatever suck a cock
For being a lazy ass you're doing pretty well. Work to get leaner, get some.magnesium,.zinc and microdose Cialis and sleep well and lift a bit and you should do great.
>microdose Cialis
maybe OP doesnt' want to fuck up his eyes
lmao bros dick ain't gonna hit his eyes even on cialis no cap fr fr shit be bussin on god
Your test is fine, you just have too much SHBG. Eat more protein, like 10g of whey a day will do wonders
Will do. I don't eat much, I'm actually underweight. Typical DYEL. I usually skip breakfast. Gonna force myself to eat more
Bro my levels are like this
Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeit
This guy abused steroids/anabolics, discount his opinion.

Free testosterone is the important one and it’s low, I’d ask for TRT personally

Three things
1. Get a home gym and force yourself to exercise (even as a poorfag I was able to put together a decent home gym)
2. Get a good therapist and face your inner demons and transform yourself into a better man.
3. Change your diet.
Isn't free testosterone kinda bad because it can be converted into progesterone? So lower is good?
Reference range is just a list of averages. What matters is if you're symptomatic or not. You might be 'high' compared to the reference range and still have problems or might be 'low' and be fine.
