I'm a 5'7 manlet and I've been eating red meat almost everyday without ever knowing how much protein exactly I needed, but now I looked up the recommended amount per day to get big and it's saying a ridiculous number like 200g? A pack of pic related is like 80g at most, so you're telling me I need to eat two of these and even more per day?

chicken breast is the bodybuilders gold standard as its basically all proteins and nothing else.
but you can also have fattier meat just fine.
chicken legs as an example are cheap. or you can buy whole chickens and learn to take them apart. very cheap and a learning experience.
go to your local grocery store and check out whats cheap and offers decent amounts of protons.
So when you subtract the fat and then take that times 0.8, you only need 90grams of protein a day.
That's only 7oz burgers, 3/4lb of chicken or that pack of worthless sossijjes. Make sure to get at least 180g of good carbs (bread, rice, pasta, peas) and get good fat every day
You can break 90g if you're worried about your calculations but at that level you 100% should NOT be taking any protein supplements
That's 3 mcdoubles a day + something else for breakfast
Take zinc, lecithin, creatine, vitamin D3 but just eat real food. Its easier on your body and will help you make gains long term if you learn how to eat properly

200 grams of protein is only 800 calories. If you are eating 3000 calories a day, that makes only 26.6% of your calories from protein, if you selectively only eat high protein foods (25%+ calories from protein) you don’t even have to think about protein.

You really must not know much, there is no weight limits in open IFBB and being “huge” isn’t necessarily required to get a pro card in open bodybuilding, as the local show in the npc will likely have 0-2 people to qualify for nationals, and nationals will be more about nailing your conditioning (which you can’t do natty anyways). Further your weight is about just right for competing in classic physique and you would easily hit the weight limit after a proper cut for a competition. Further if you are so big natty you are a moron for not taking gear as you could make a living out of it.

Eat your eggs, milk, and eat liver, otherwise you can't use the protein in the first place. Get a grip copecels. You can maintain muscle mass for weeks of inactivity by proper nutrition. You don't need 200g and sausages are junk tier meat. Buy minced beef and eggs and eat those everyday for the bulk of your protein. On top eat fish as much as you can afford to eat and add cheese and raw milk if you have it around. That will let you easily hit 150g. Whatever calories you have left just eat normal traditional foods no goyslop.
