    Basic barbell stuff with a focus on clean and jerks. Both Peaty and Dressel can squat 3pl8, nothing impressive but it's their sub exercise not their main one.

    Elite swimmers will tend to genetically have more Type II muscle fibers which have more potential for growth.

      Sprinters yeah, long distance swimmers I don't know. Dressel doesn't even do the 200 fly.
