    I've never seen a big guy at my gym touch a kettlebell. They're only using dumbbells and barbells. The only ones I ever see using the kettlebells are skellies and women

      Gym I used to go to there was this fella who'd bring his own kettlebell in and just swing her round for 45 mins and bounce. Also had this MASSIVE black kettlebell sized bruise on his thigh for like 6 weeks from one time he musta went too hard. Wore fingerless gloves as well. Pretty weird now that I think about it.

          Yeah, I got a 70lb kettlbell and a pull up/captains chair and got rid of my gym membership. Its only a start but it covers the bases right now and didn't take up a lot of space.

        Who said anything about fat? Lifting weights has very little impact on flexability, and the impact that does exist is positive. Truth is there are loads of absolutely skinny twigs who're stiff as boards, and the buff dudes you see unable to touch their backs are those twigs just with more muscle.
