the end point on that picture is also completely wrong, at the end you should stand completely straight with gloots and core engaged, think standing plank.
I've never seen anyone aesthetic or particularly fit do much kb stuff unless they're selling them and hopped on them after years of other more conventional training. It's the same niche of weirdos
and flimflam men as indian clubs or mace training.
You're not going to get ripped on swings, schizo
It is a mobility/conditioning tool
Of course you won't see roidtroony powertards do a movement that is technically cardio, their heart would explode
>heh of course nobody strong does it >heh it's cardio >except it also wears on your soft tissues >no I can't just sit on an assault bike, I MUST SWING
Thanks for confirming, I was always under the impression that KB swings were a gay redditor mating ritual.
There's plenty of beast in kettlebell sport. That said the kettlebell community spawned by Pavel tends to be the homosexual type that his this weird anti-muscle ressentment and seethes about bodybuilders.
I've never seen a big guy at my gym touch a kettlebell. They're only using dumbbells and barbells. The only ones I ever see using the kettlebells are skellies and women
Gym I used to go to there was this fella who'd bring his own kettlebell in and just swing her round for 45 mins and bounce. Also had this MASSIVE black kettlebell sized bruise on his thigh for like 6 weeks from one time he musta went too hard. Wore fingerless gloves as well. Pretty weird now that I think about it.
Paying to bring your own equipment, that you can use pretty much anywhere, to a specific room to work out is pretty fricking weird. It's probably why

Yeah, I got a 70lb kettlbell and a pull up/captains chair and got rid of my gym membership. Its only a start but it covers the bases right now and didn't take up a lot of space.
Who said anything about fat? Lifting weights has very little impact on flexability, and the impact that does exist is positive. Truth is there are loads of absolutely skinny twigs who're stiff as boards, and the buff dudes you see unable to touch their backs are those twigs just with more muscle.
With that shit form, squatting the weight? Yes, pure meme.
It's fun but don't do it like in your pic
Aren't true swings pivoted at the elbow instead of the shoulder
yes, that picture is pure garbage
With that form? No, it's a hinge, not a squat. Good for conditioning.

>weirdos
Hurrrdurrr ur weirrrrrrd! Ur beard is weird!!!!
Stop the WEIRD shaming you stupid b***h a kettlebell takes no space I'm not deadlifting in this house.
>t. that guy the cops always check in with to make sure he's not up to something
You caught me. A cop did drop by for a wellness check the other week. Frick you.

This is for core / lower back, not for squatting / strength.

doesn't see serious kettlebell users in his gym.

These fat guys you mentioned have terrible mobility in general, Kettlebells would fricking murder them

By "big" I mean muscular, not fat.
Too late.
I threw my back out yesterday doing these. My form was probably shit.
My shoulders are a meme after trying them
Do them one-armed and you get a thick neck and nice ass. That's like half of what women actually react to.
