    Chin ups are better as it trains back too and gives you a better stretch at end of ROM
    Preacher is better, almost too good as the stimuli is so great your tendons can't even keep up lmao

    the best curl exercise is low pulley single arm curl with the rope externally rotating the wrist.
    And you can feel it right now. Just do a curl, now put your pinky in the muscle below your thumb and do the same curl
