                it's way bigger than any of my other core muscles, is that stuff genetics or just the exercises I'm doing? I do planks, bycicle crunches, side planks, etc.
                I wouldn't mind it much if it was more proportional to the rest of my body, but this muscle specifically seems to grow so easily
