I truly hope what you're saying is correct. I've started on a regime to lose weight, with cardio 4 times a week, and I only eat breakfast and a moderate dinner. Also some calisthenics to maintain. Still, I have 2 or 3 beers everyday because it makes me happy and not bored. Truly hope I lose weight.

Skip breakfast. It's not needed. Sometimes i'll have a bit of yoghurt or some juice but that's it.
Eat dinner at like 8pm. Don't eat again until lunch. That way you get about 18 hours of fasting.
I work out 4-5x per week for 2h a session. I try walk several miles as well if I can find the time.
I eat small, high quality meals, mostly organic foods, high in vegatables and protein. I only eat lunch and dinner. Small lunch and larger dinner.
I drink about 80-90 units per week on average. Tonight i've had 990ml of beer, 590 ml of wine and i'm just starting on the smirnoff.
I've actually started to not eat until 2-3 hours after I wake up, sometimes longer, but I still call it "breakfast" I guess. I've noticed it's way easier to go without food in the morning than late in the day.
80-90 units is a fricking lot, not even I go that hard. Saturdays when I go out I drink the most by far, maybe 15 units. Can't imagine drinking that much almost every day and staying fit. Do you have a six pack?
I wake up at 8.30, the first time I eat is usually at around 2-2.30.
If you drink before you sleep you won't be hungry in the morning. For me, sleep is also overrated. I average about 6h of sleep and have done for almost a decade. Weekdays, I go to sleep at 2.30-3am and wake up at 8.30am and then just wake up later on Sat/Sun if i'm tired/
I don't have a 6 pack yet but I think I will in about 6 months.

I run 5kM every day and 10KM every other day. I'm not very smart so I don't know how all the calories work.

I have one or 2 beers most nights after work, weekends are fairly similar. Maybe once a month or so I'll go to a party and have as much as I want but otherwise I keep it down to a couple beers. Any more than that and I start feeling shitty.
Special occasions, parties or once a month if I feel like it, anything else is degeneracy. Also tolerance remains low so I can get to a good point of drunk without wasting money
