That's because you should focus on HIIT masturbation. Rookie mistake, been there myself.

False. I did front squats for the first time in 6 months and I barely lost any strength. I can still rep 225 lbs

if you are going to take a black or white approach you have to dirty bulk AND train pull-ups every day without getting injured.

    why does that happen
    >do almost 15 pull ups in a row
    >dont train pullups for a week
    >can barely do 5

No it doesn't. I take 1 week breaks every month and I can still progress on pull ups.
Now muscle ups on the other hand, you need to do it all the time if you want to keep being able to do it.

this only happens if youre a fat fuck

I sometimes don't pull up for months and I can still do weighted pull ups with 75 pounds (after gaining weight too)

endurance gains come quickly and go quickly
do weighted chins for heavy sets of 5 and you won't lose the gains quickly

Everything. I stop for 1-2 weeks and I'm weak. My mate doesn't lift for half a year to a year and comes back with 80-90% strength.

Bench press. I take a fucking week off during holidays, and it all goes to shit, I need at least 2 full workout sessions complete with recovery days to get back to where I was. That's at the very least 1 full week. So if I take a bit of a break from bench pressing now, I will always need AT THE VERY LEAST 1 extra week before I'm back where I was, not even talking about improving the lift.
That's why before I ever take a break, I always make sure to bench press in the last day before the break. It's the 1 lift that's always the most affected.
