The only things not on your list that I take is colostrum, which is basically milk produced by pregnant mothers around when they give birth with more nutrients than normal milk, a few years ago I saw on twitter that some olympic athletes failed a test because they were taking such high doses it mimicked steroids. Depending on the form you'd want to take it before you eat or it can cause gerd. I also take a thorne b vit that supposedly helps with autism and instead of a d vitamin mushrooms exposed to sunlight absorb vitamin d. I've kind of been thinking this kind of subculture is probably similar to the luxury market like tobacco around the time of lincoln. Right now I can basically go 2-3 times in a row with maybe a 5 min refractory period, probably because of oyster season, been considering catuaba bark, and cialis for workouts.
what's best for fatter thicker loads? I casually measure around tbsp still, from juiced celery, with carrots and ginger, and lecithin pills. If I take more than 5k mg lecithin it kind of feels uncomfortable so I have a weekly routine rather than supplementing every day. If you do measure, get rid of it because it smells so bad after a day if exposed, or if a closed container pops open afterward... also do you cycle anything or just take them all the time?

I get a good boost in motivation and urgency from tribulus. A little bit of word recall and focus from ginseng. Cod liver oil for days I don't eat fish. Also eggs daily for choline. Vitamin D, man I just spend my days outside, which also makes my sleep better. Eating lots of raw honey lately as well.
On occasion I use turmeric, l-theanine, cordyceps, but I don't really like to use modulators of neurotransmitter pathways on the regular, because constant use will result in downregulation and/or upregulation.
Afaik tribulus is pretty hard on the liver.

Multivitamins probably aren't worth it if you're taking A, B, C, D, E vitamins and the minerals separatedly. But if you just want to take only one pill per day a solid multivitamin is cheap enough that I'd recommend it.
Also good decision on stopping creatine. There's some anecdotal evidence of it causing hairloss.

I'm not someone who buys organic bedsheets or anything but cotton boxer or boxer-briefs makes things a lot more responsive. People will tell you about "sweat wicking" or some shit but just try a pair. Not sure if it's some chemical thing or a heat thing.
Obvious, but a good quality, whole food included, multivitamin. Albeit a bit more esoteric, research testosterone and semen retention. Retention has some benefits, but only for a certain duration of time; this is when it’s time to empty the coin purse again. Schedule workouts around what the research says peak testosterone and abstinence occurs at. You may derive some testosterone benefit from supplements that are “libido enhancers,” like horny goat weed, but research whatever you are taking and consider whatever health conditions you may or may not have. My standard stack is simple: preworkout for caffeine and beta alanine, creatine mono hydrate, whole food multivitamin, and fish oil capsules (good for circulation). Nitric oxide helps with exercise and libido; don’t know what it does for test though.

Fell for the meme. Don't expect supplements to help with your goyslop diet. The only supplement you need is wholefoods, Vitamin D, and Zinc for testosterone.
I've had some EXTREME improvements with dry eyes thanks to a right combination of supplemenets (went from having to wear blue-light filter glasses all day at work to not having to wear any at all even while tired af).
Also pretty good improvements with sunburn protection (used to have a sensitive skin).
Supplements can definitely help you but you'll have to experiment a lot.
