You could try prolactin and serotonin antagonists and dopamine agonists, but simple things like coffee with sugar, exciting music, working on something meaningful can be enough.

One thing I've found interesting: it seems to happen after I go into the office.
My work is very distributed: my team is located in different cities and everything is virtual. Due to people leaving, I ended up in a city by myself. But we're still obligated to use the office. So I have to go into an office and sit by myself and have virtual meetings every week or two. It is made more weird by being within earshot of people that do work together. It's really alienating.

A smarter way to go about that would be to substitute that thing you do with another thing which will keep you busy. Pick a math field, learn the history of medieval Serbia, play the piano, whatever. You're a NEET and you have plenty of time to do all of those things combined, don't fricking lie to me. This will help you make the most out of your brain.
Or you could treat the symptoms instead of the root problem and relapse in 5 days. Your choice.
