Idk, but garloids can definetly save my lifting
some kind of weird evolution is going on. This is not good
That looks like the advisor from half life 2
Wrong board
Garloids are the best protein source, this is a IST thread
>marine garloid
Is a misnomer. It’s named that because of its visual similarity to the common marsh garloid but it’s actually a sea cucumber. You may as well eat a plastic bag filled with saltwater.
It’s like the sea hare. It’s named that because it looks like a rabbit, but it’s actually a species of candy corn.
Fitness?
Interesting! That means only 23 species haven't been discovered yet. Quite a leap forward!
>heh
>he bleeds
I think that's a sea pig.
Not new. Unless sea pig is a genus.
>checks wikipedia
Yeah, they're a genus.
the first settlers called them marloids, people think it's from "mar" as in sea in Spanish, but it comes from "maori", the more generic term garloid took over for all species once the terrestrial variants became popular after the industrial revolution, I think it's a shame we lose little subtleties like that over time
>new species
>has been known on IST for centuries
For the newbies:
Garloids arent real, you’re being trolled
>being this new
lad hate to break it to you but YOU'RE the one being trolled - have you ever left the city? you could easily discover for yourself the truth about garloids, but instead, waste your time here sure of the true nature of the world (tm).
imagine being this moronic
I don't have to imagine, kiddo.
holy moron
>Not checking heavy metals
Yeah, enjoy your mercury polluted garloids
>mercury polluted garloids
All garloids contain ample amounts of selenium, and there are higher levels in marine varieties. Selenium binds with and protects you from mercury. Also, garloids are not top of the food chain, so have lower concentrations of mercury than most of the commonly eaten saltwater fish. Compared to something like bluefin tuna, mercury levels in marine garloids are completely negligible.
How can I have sex with it?
It has a 1 hole, use that.
