I'm proud of you anon! Keep up the good work.
how much have you lost? keep going man
Thanks anons, I know it’s not much but definitely in a better place now than before- always learning too
>not white
You're not going to make it
Stats?

I’m 5’10 and currently weight 178
I was originally 195
You need to focus on building muscle unironically
Steady progress anon, don't stop
So you made zero visible progress in 7 months? You look like a beginner with little to no muscle mass should have a lot more gains than that.
7 months and you can't even see the biceps, itì's over anon
You’re definitely making it anon
Here’s my progress. YOU HAVE TO LIVE IT
Looking good! What do you typically eat and do you recommend any supplements?
I don’t know if you’re being cynical because I got fat, but for my “before” pic I was eating around 1800-2000 calories per day, about 180g protein, clean (but not super strict), and lifting 5 days a week (PPL, high reps)
I only took whey when needed, and a multi and fish oil when I remembered
how long do you reckon it would take you to cut back to to bf% you had at left? Like with a consistent deficit and routine
In my before pic I weighed around 83-84kg (all time best was 80). I’m now 93kg (down from 100kg) so I expect about 3 months give or take. I hope to get back to 80kg by end of year, then spend a few more months until next summer getting absolutely yolked
damn people really do all this excel shit
crazy son
I just do whatever, no wonder I barely change
I tried cutting down several times and failed, when helps me being consistent is autostically weighing myself every day and comparing that to what sensible progress should be. It’s not for everyone but it really helps me staying accountable
I do the opposite and weigh myself as little as possible. Seeing the scale go up even when I'm doing everything right fricks with my monkey brain hard.
And yeah losing too fast can be a problem when you start but once you've got your (actual) TDEE figured out that stops being an issue. Also if your liftan', specially recovery times, goes completely to shit that's a good indicator you're inadvertently gulagmaxxing.
His arms, lats and chest look bigger.
Big change, bro!
Hit some more OHP or shoulder flys to polish it up, if you can work it in
You look the same, possibly worse.
Sorry anon but I literally don't see any difference
congrats on the weight loss breh, keep going. I'm also trying to lose a little excess and it's hard
I know people are trying to not demoralize but this is really shit progress for 7 months
