        Anonymous

        that's just the tingles
        Beta alanine's main functions are
Glycolysis: this is the breakdown of glucose. Glucose is the body’s main source of fuel during exercise.
The body produces lactate from glucose, resulting in hydrogen ion production.
Hydrogen ions decrease the pH level in muscles, which makes them more acidic.
The raised acidity makes it more difficult for the body to break down glucose, which reduces the muscles’ ability to contract, resulting in fatigue.
Carnosine acts as a buffer against acid and reduces the level of acid present in the muscles. This helps reduce muscle fatigue, which can reduce exhaustion and help improve performance.

          >Glucose is the body’s main source of fuel during exercise.
Wrong, if it's low intensity you burn as much fat as you do glucose. If you're fat adapted you use up even less glucose.

never shifted any goalposts. Meat has a natural composition of many micro and macronutrients. Creating is just creatine, which generates unnaturally high levels of it in your body. Simple as.

There's a saying in engineering about tinkering with machines. "If it works, don't touch it." More so for the body, which is an infinitely more complex machine.

      >Am I missing out
i take a lot of this shit and can't even necessarily condone it. supplements are a scientized mythologizing of the body. there's fairly reliable proof here and there for it helping certain populations for certain supplements in specific dosages and contexts, but man, who the fuck really knows if it all just works or if taking all this shit together somehow cancels things out or even introduces more bad shit over time.
i do think it is fun though and maybe it is healthier in the long run. just don't go overboard and stick to the stuff with the most proof and buy from reputable suppliers. the usuals are always Vit D, Magnsium, Zinc, Creatine, and Fish oil. if believing certain things help you and there's decent proof for it, supplements aren't a waste of time. keyword is: supplement. they're meant to supplement whatever you're already doing right. lots of idiots take modafinil when they should've just gotten a full night's sleep and tackled whatever it was that was getting in the way of their sleep in the first place

Side effects are rare and barely above placebo.
All side effects are reversible within 3-6 months after cessation as proven by 40 years of research. Not a single credible studied case report has ever shown otherwise. There was a case study where a man have a higher sperm fragmentation index but that resolved by itself within 3 months of quitting finasteride.

Because our food is deficient thanks to NPK farming and monocropping.

I've never had any supplements and I'm doing fine. What's exactly food deficient in? leafies definitely have magnesium, otherwise they couldn't make chlorophyl to look green. And we can barely function without folates. So what is it exactly food is deficient in?

          Anonymous

Look up some studies on soil depletion.

Basically our soils need 52 different trace minerals and they're only getting three in NPK due to artificial fertilizers.

This hasn't been a massive issue since our soils were still extremely rich but after 70 years it's taken it's toll. We have to eat more just to get the same nutrition our ancestors got naturally.

I find 30k (10k myself) exessive but wouldnt a healthy dose of vit k2 counteract the calcification.

          Anonymous

it would help deliver the calcium to the bone and thus avoid some calcification, but 30K is excessive as fuck, I don't th ink any amount of K2 can counter that.
I do 8K of D3 at most (with 8k IU of K2 of course)

You don't know my bodyweight, stress levels, and vitamin D blood levels.
You don't even know that vitamins A and K found in liver prevent calcification.

liver doesn't have nearly enough K2 to counter 30 fucking K of D3, no matter how much of it you're eating.

You need a glycine source if you want to start NAC. And don't continuously take NAC, cycle it instead.

    >i heard palmetto helps with preventing hair loss
Funnily enough, it doesn't. SP only blocks some DHT type 1 which is unrelated to hairloss.
    >i thought fin fucks hormone levels and sexual dysfunction
Fin decreases DHT type 2 which is useless in adult men as proven by the case studies on babies born without 5AR2. Only a small minority of men get sexual side effects on finasteride, likely due to the increased estrogen from aromatization. Most men don't experience any side effects at all though.

The Lethicin and palmetto are for cum maxxxing. Didn’t cause gyno or mess with my T levels (500ng/dl before getting on test). Literally all it did is make help me shoot ropes with 0 side effects.

that makes sense, wasnt it on the cum maxxxing pic that went around

      [...]
      >is that much d3 safe
Yes. Doctors LIE to you about 600 IU being the limit. You can probably go all the way up to 30,000 IU and be same but 10,000 is the comfy spot for me. Read about it. As long as you're getting the magnesium, high D3 consumption is safe and good.

what are the benefits of using it at high doses? im a retard

Supposedly helps with decreasing your prostate size (since an enlarged prostate is also caused by DHT) but even in that it's not particulary good (finasteride and dutasteride are much better at that). Imo SP is a worthless supplement.

SP is overblown same as ashwagandha. Very negligible results.

Honestly SP might not even be what’s helping with the cummaxing. I only take it because it was in with the pygeum so that could be doing the heavy lifting. But it was cheaper to buy a combo supplement than singular one so fuck it.

Idk havent seen the pic. I just googled “what supplements make you cum more” and it’s on most of the lists I could find. Tried it and now I shoot ropes even on my second load.

        >what are the benefits of using vitamin D at high doses? im a retard
Calcification of the arteries and early death. 10K should be more than enough to get the immune system and bone density benefits without risking heart issues. As long as you take it with K2 and some calcium.
