Ok so I'm positive and in self isolation in a old empty apartment I have, the only things I could bring here from my home gym are:
- yoga mat
- 2 dumbells
- 70 lbs of weights
- skipping rope
With this shitty equipment I thought of using this quarantine to focus on abs, cardio, arms and push ups/shitty dips on the chair.
Someone has a cool routine or advived I could follow? Like maybe it would be cool to practices handstands and similar bodyweight exercises but I don't know where to start
