It clearly doesn’t. Don’t get me wrong, you look good, nice arms and shoulders particularly. But your chest is noticeably underdeveloped. Think about what your chest muscles do, and you’ll see why ohp will recruit very little chest
Your shoulders are significantly more developed than your chest. Honestly it looks good but no the OHP isn't hitting your chest like bb flat or incline bench does.

Very VERY high body fat but this was me when I'd do OHP (my ohp was way higher than my bench)

Guess this proves you should do both. Focusing a lot on close-grip benching helped my OHP a lot. Went from 60kg for sets of 5 to 80kg for the same amount of reps.
I don’t bench but because I just can’t. I don’t suck at OHP as much as I suck at bench
Just do dive bombers and push ups to learn the mechanics of bench pressing.
I’m not a fan of the big breasts look, it looks terrible and once you get older they sag more
OHP’s benefits are functional more than aesthetic. You’d look like someone who doesn’t lift
huge shoulders minimal chest development.
