Opinions? I only train squats and conventional diddlies. Should I add hip thrusts and good mornings or would that be too much?

I want a nice looking ass for the ladies but I don’t want to go overboard.

    Add calf and tibialis work for balance and good health.
    ATG split squats are also a good longevity addition.

            ATG split squats literally fixed all my knee pains and mobility issues, also sumo deadlifting has helped fix my hip imbalance. Seethe more about exercieee that are “memes”and “marketing”, I’ll prefer to be in perfect health

            Its literally all free though, fixed my knees from a decade if jumping down stairs skateboarding. Couldnt even do squats my first year at the gym now I’m beyond 3pl8 ass to grass paused

    Definitely add hip thrusts and goodmornings. They compliment squats and deadlifts very nicely. As another suggestion, ATG step-ups are great for your legs and ass because they're another movement that activate your glutes from a deep stretch.

    Legs like volume, add leg press, leg extensions+curls and calves. What you are doing now doesn't really amount to much. Picrel is my legs trust me.

    No you don't need them. Hip thrusts work the glutes about the same as dls. Good mornings are just crappier rdls.
