        this, 30-45 minutes a couple times a week will probably give you diamonds. skipping rope, rucking, hiking, running are all forms of cardio you can do outside. sunlight increases the production of testosterone.

        Stationary bike for 1 hr or run for 30min+
        Do kegels, squats, lunges, RDLs, Leg raises and glute bridges
        Take 50mg of chelated zinc on a full stomach.
        Do all that and you should have trouble turning over in bed all night with easy to get wood. It works for me and I'm a fat depressed guy.

    Drink enough water. Your bodyweight in kg divided by 7 is the amount of glasses of water you need to drink in a day (glasses of 250g of water each). This is even better than Cialis, and it's costless. If you lift/excercise you may need more depending on the intensity of the workout.

    Sadly this isn't all that known because it doesn't make anybody rich, but it can Seve your sex life forever. Spread the word, thank me later.
