Sounds very enjoyable. I just have to pause rooning. Lost 60 LBS thanks to rooning but I am skinny fat now and can't go below 20BF% despite rooning and absurd calorie deficits.

I hate running because I’m a chubby guy but I do it anyways and feel good after. I’m sure the act becomes fun once you no longer have a gut flapping around.
I went from struggling to run 11 min at a time to doing hour long runs every week. It gets so much better.
It is extremly enjoyable for me because of the nature around me. I feel a great high through my body being there and rooning.
I wish I could do it earlier but my heart and mind wasnt in the right place, I guess it better late than never.

youre going to fast, you only need around 60% of you max heart rate for cardio gains before diminishing returns. it'll also make you hate it less
