tried it for the first time with 90s in each hand (lbs) for 7 reps
I’d say 100 lbs in each hand for 8-10 reps is a strong benchmark, but no need to rush it

You're too heavy to do calisthenics unless it's all beef. There's straight arm support work you can do with the 6kg bells... start from there and some muscle release and stretches daily.
A normal bodybuilding routine is great for keeping the joints healthy BUT do not go too heavy... then the medicine becomes poison.

We have a guy built just like you at my gym, but be has a beer gut and he's in his 40's. He does 110 dumbells for 10 reps.

I’m not him but the first time I walked into the gym was after being a competitive athlete from 5-20 years old. I could bench 1.5pl8s for 3 sets of 8-12 easy on my first day.
I could bench 4 plate with 1 hand when I started.
I could do weighted pull with 2pl8 with one finger when I joined first day
