Last night I was in the gym for over 5 hours >20 minute massage chair >about 2 hours doing Chest and Shoulders (10-12 sets each) >45 minute massage chair >45 minutes 10 incline 2.7 speed treadmill >8 minute stand up tan >20 minute massage chair

i was like this too. turns out i was jogging way too fast. bring your pace down on the treadmill to wherever keeps your heart rate about 140, and you'll be able to go for 5-20 minutes without any issue, almost untrained. makes it easy to recover while walking in between as well.
this is shit literally no couch 2 5k autists or professional "joggers" tell you. most actual people's jogging speed is like 4.3mph.

It's not a bad idea to go off it, it's why Zone 2 is the current fad, it's easy to get into and it's really easy to write guides for it and make videos about it hence it's proliferation. It requires a cheap HR strap or maybe a low end smart watch and basically no other equipment so it gets talked about a lot. It's just bullshit if you actually want to imnprove.

I got a job as an amazon driver, I've taken to jogging at each of my stops. it was hard at first, but 8-10 hours of jogging in short intervals like that has helped me improve my cardio significantly and I've lost ~40 lbs
the guys who talk about lifting weights for three hours do around 10 sets and spend most of their time walking around and 'hanging out' to rack up time in the gym so they can talk about how hard they're working.
Some of my full body workouts were up to 3 hours in duration.
3 sets with 8-12 reps of OHP, Squats, Rows, Deadlifts, Bench press, Chin-ups, Sit-ups, Leg curls, Tricep extensions and Bicep curls.
Wouldn't say that it was 'comfortable', but I didn't prepare anything other than a bottle of water either.
