my triceps are weak. Currently I am doing more bench, but on my arm day I do pushdowns to failure, ez bar lying overhead extension+ ez bar cgbp.
Seems to be working, but I have a long ass way to go.

I fell for the "hehe chinups are enough for biceps meme!" for ages and now my biceps are one of my worst bodyparts. I got close to lmao2pl8 for reps and I still had fucking 14" arms. I started actually focusing on curls and pushing progression and hey presto, my biceps are growing again. Funny how that works
To everyone lurking ITT, please do your fucking curls if you want to have big biceps. Chinups are amazing for lats, but they're poor for biceps. Just do both so you don't end up like me

nah dude I can bench 305 and I can probably only ez curl the 90 for a clean 10 i doubt i could do 100 with strict form.

Dude I bench almost 100lbs more yet curl only 17lbs more. Fuck compounds. I just drive volume through isos.

Cinups and curls work the biceps in very different ways. They are both useful.

Chinups are primarily a back exercise, not a bicep exercise. Just do curls for biceps ffs, that's literally the only thing they're for

switched to 35kg for the last set cause too tired
