Ditch upright rows. They're shit, and can cause impingements. Add something for rear delts. Bent lateral raises are good for that. Overhead press should be more weight, it's a compound lift that uses a good portion of your upper body. The raises are isolation exercises and should be a fraction of your ohp numbers. If any of your sets are easy up the weight.

I've been doing them for almost 8 years now. Is this why my shoulder has been hurting for the last 6 years? Or did I tear a rotary cuff?

I’m recovering from surgery so I couldn’t go higher without one of the incisions hurting
