I think its more about not paying attention to the balance between anabolism and catabolism. Too much catabolism and you cant do anything with impact. Too much anabolism and you start drowning in your own wealth (cancer is more prevalent). Strike a balance and you will life a long and enjoyable life.
Another case is comfortability. Being too cold or warm for too long can cause lasting harm but just the right amount and your longevity increases.
It should be >eating large amounts of animal products, processed grains and refined sugar will age you faster
You can scoff as much celery and blueberries as you like and it will slow the aging process if anything
>evolve from meat eating hunters >descend from pastoral farmers that herded and ate ruminate herbivores they raised and some they hunted >decide they were all wrong lmao
Retard
animal products are somewhat bioavailable compared to plant products. you had a point with grains and refined sugar, animals offer us way too much to be put on the same level.
>What do you eat though?
Probably 98% plant wholefoods. Occasionally eggs or seafood, chicken maybe once a year. No red meat literally ever, no dairy for 15 years.
true that for some dairy is a pain to digest
but cheeses and kefir or other milk brews really help with digestion and therefore aging
red meat yeah it should really be a luxury
eating a pound of beef for two days straight got me feeling miserable

I'll concede that fermented dairy isn't bad for you per se. I just find animal milks disgusting. Coconut kefir is awesome though.
Being active + good genetics > everything else
My grandfather is 98, used to be a heavy smoker, and eats boomer gruel that’s all red meat and butter. But he still rides horses every day
Drink plenty of water, wear moisturiser, make sure you eat some form of collagen (I recommend buying whole chicken, butchering and cooking them and making stock out of the carcass)
t. pushing 30 boomer still picking up college chicks*
*the secret is not telling them your age
Where do you even go to meet college aged girls? I'm too much of a sperg to do the cold approach, and the only luck I've had with girls has been with ones I already knew well enough beforehand.
That's part of a debunked theory called rate of living where a guy theorized that if humans acted like turtles they would live longer. Meanwhile, studies with actual mammals show the exact opposite results.
Native Americans lived to 115+ regularly before the white man made them eat plants. Buffalo were so plentiful, it was easy to never resort to starvation food like plants.
>more food
>more free radicals
>more cell damage
>age quicker
This is never talked about. But it's one of the ultimate age-pills.

There is no convenience without its cost.
I thought being too cold or too warm increased life span?

Do you know anyone over 40 who deserves to be alive? I don't. If I did I wouldn't be here.
