Your problem is you're being moronic at cutting and are losing your fricking gainz by rushing to lose fat.
Maybe stop doing what you're doing, learn how 2 cut, and try again, otherwise, you may as well just fricking quit now.
I've had minimal strength losses the whole time. First time I benched 275 was at 205, first time 285 was at 195, and at 180 I can still get 275.

He probably makes a lot of close grip bench press. Same with me, I had a shitty bench at home where you couldn't grip wide. As a result I can bench 365 with a grip on shoulder wide or a bit below, but fail at 275 with a wide grip.
I did the same and have a more developed chest. I only got to 245 lbs. on bench so far. I guess him being shorter plays into it as he looks to be just about the height of the shower curtains.

also, do not cut if you aim for aesthetics, you'll be sorely disappointed, and you'll have a flat skin-flabby chest and subaverage core
re-bulk, train chest and core for hypertrophy exclusively to reduce the flabby look and cut down to 160s to be at least 13-15% body fat

Honestly you need to lose more fat, you look like you are around 17-18%, you need to go down to 15% for visible abs or 12% for a ripped look.

People, especially powershitters, underestimate how much fat they actually carry (this goes into their delusional LBM calculations to affirm that they're akshually more muscular than IFBB pros). As a result, some powershitter saw your 220 lbs self with no ab definition and thought you would look like a fitness model with 20lbs less bodyweight.
You need to cut abit more but retain your very solid pecs traps and shoulder and torso muscle ( -- solid mirin btw), while *focusing on eliminating the remaining fatty layer over your *core/abs/obliques*.
Your *goal should be more visual* -- in *aiming to have more core/abs definition* here, not some arbitrary number of pounds to lose....
