Why isn't aspirin optional? I've never really understood why it's in the stack but I also don't know much about the stack to begin.
It does 2 things. The first is it thins the blood so that it eases the burden on your heart from the Eph and caffeine. Secondly it has a mechanism which interacts with the Ephedrine so that it elongates the stimulatory nature of it. This just allows you to keep your energy levels sustained which is important for your lifting and cardio that you still need to do on a cut.
