Severe and chronic tendon damage means I can't enjoy ez bar curls like I used to. They're in my program 2x but pinwheels grow forearms like mad and I mog every person in the gym forearm-wise. It also soothes my pain massively so they are my favourite. Preacher curls caused it.

How's your transition going?
Pretty good anon. 3.5 years into lifting. Those 3 lifts have become my favourites because of the amount I can spam them without injuries and I've seen big changes over 9 months to my entire composition. Kroc rows are that DL fat chick you bang on the weekends. They feel so wrong but oh they're just so right.
I have a big back and legs but am largely clueless with chest. I'm sat on 130kg bench press and spam push ups but not really getting many gains. In fact I'm pretty much at a plateau. Have you got any chest movements you recommend for intermediates to really smash through that peak natty size? Cheers anon

So theoretically you don't even have to worry about personality when it comes to women.
