          isoflavones are very weak agonists of the estrogen receptors responsible for female feature development and more so agonizes the estrogen receptor that is a tumor suppressant. Overall they are already way weaker than estrogen anyway so the idea of it massively influencing your physiology must come from misguided purity. Get rid of BPA and pthalates first and then worry about reducing goybean consumption.

        Tofu contains an average of 30mg of isoflavones per 100g. That's less than 1 serving. It takes between 300-400mg daily to hit gyno territory. If you just have the one serving of tofu a couple times a week side effects will be limited. But then we have people trying to spread lies that it has no effects or that it's totally ok to replace all your protein with soi. Just 1 scoop of soi protein isolate per day puts you half way to tittycity. Soibean oil (SNEED OILS) are also thrown into tons of processed foods adding isoflavone content to even things like potato chips or frozen meals. Even if you just eat typical processed foods your isoflavone intake is already higher than an average japanese person. Think about how insane it is that you can eat no overt soi products and get more exposure to soi than an okinawan man sipping on miso and eating natto with rice every day.

        So just make an effort to avoid soi. If you dont, basically you're going to overdose.
