You shouldn't deadlift on pull days. Just focus on vertical pulls and rows. There's no way to program deadlifts in in a way that won't just be compromising your overall gains.
this is the equivalent of women wearing push-ups, high-waisted pants. i guess the difference is women try to fraud on literally every aspect of their body but i seriously lol'd. i dont think i have ever seen something similar for males where you go from a male model to zero in an instant.
