rate my breakfast IST

takes around 15 min to make, and i feel like its good on protein and calories. thoughts?

      Are the beans from a can? I would buy normal beans, rehydrate and season, and use those instead of canned shit which is a step below goyslop in terms of lack of nutrients and unnecessary sugars and whatever chemicals are used to lime the can. Ideally you ferment your beans too. The main issue with beans is they have a starch in them that we can't quite digest so your gut bacteria does it for us which produces gas in many people. Fermenting the beans can effectively have these starches pre digested by bacteria outside your body. I have no idea how to do this because I don't bother with beans much myself but probably involves sitting then somewhere with lactobacilli added and waiting.

      Ensure sausage is not smoked or doesn't have nitrites or whatever cancer shit added. Just meat. And add more cucumber the serving size for that is pretty large iirc and you'll want a lot to get the full fiber and b vitamin dose.

      Otherwise solid breaky I love big breakfast

      No recipies, just ideas
      Pasta carbonara with a fuckton of cheese (cheese has lot of proteins and starts acting like cream when you lots of it)
      Regular ol' meat 'n patatoes (or some variant). Patatoes can also be mashed. A mash of sweet potatoe and normal potatoes is extremely tasty
      You can make extremely basic chili con carne (or just make a big batch on weekends and keep it in the freezee) in 40 mins by skipping the vegetable stage
      Hamburgers
      Wraps with lots of chicken or some other meat

    Personally I'd fuck the salad (salad with beans is monstrous) and sausages (unless you're sure they're not made of breadcrumbs and scrapings) off out of it, and just do eggs and beans.

    Looks good, just watch the sodium intake in the sausages. If anything I’d swap out the sausages for 4 more eggs
