You would have to eat a pound a day for months to get to toxic levels. You can eat a normal portion a couple times a week like any meat. Its very healthy.

Coconut oil is godly to cook with, also makes a good moisturiser, and toothpaste if you combine it with baking soda. Why drop it? And why are avos bad?
it really just depends on how much other fatty foods you're eating. if your % of calories from fat is 10-20%, keep them. you could honestly just add 1 more tbs of olive oil to get better health effects than avocado. if you like them, it's not really a big deal.

I use a lot of olive oil, but most of my calories are from carbs. Second, protein, thirdly, fats. Olive oil on my dishes, coconut oil/butter to cook with. Avos are basically just cause I like the buttery texture and the taste is great.

Carbs are definitely good for you and ketoschizos need a reality check. That being said, I’m personally avoiding nightshades other than potatoes as I find them slightly inflammatory. Can’t drop the taters though, love em too much. Im not Irish that I know of, but perhaps I was in another life.
