If you cut carbs too much you'll have less energy and you'll look flat in the mirror from not having enough glycogen in your muscles. However if you go hard and eat too many carbs you end up with bloating and potentially blood sugar issues if you maintain that intake long enough. For most people around 250g of carbs a day is good. As you gain more and more muscle you can healthily process more carbs
