    This and Relaxing into Stretching helps. Flexibility can hinder you in certain areas like swimming, running and some lifts. For example, deep squats get easier with more hip flexibility and ankle mobility.
    Supple Leopard goes more into detail about what to do to get mobility while Relaxing into Stretching helps to get you into actual stretches to help you feel better. Just holding a stretch before bed helps me sleep better.

          My understanding is that you require a certain degree of mobility (which isn't much, it's just that most people are stiff as fuck from being sedentary fucks) and being more flexible than what's necessary simply makes you more prone to injury.

    I'm considering reading this since I do muay thai and more flexibility/mobility would make high and middle kicks as well as moving in general less effortful I think?
    Some anons said it's a really good book.

    What really changed my mobility was getting stronger trough the entire range of motion.
    The kneeovertoesguy ZERO program did more to my lower body flexibility than 1 year of bullshit stretching.

    Lol the author of this book is all jacked up with bad joints and surgeries. He wrote this book way before desteoying his body. Its a gimmick
