    Posterior you want to do a hybrid row/ laterial raisewhere you focus on bringing arm up elbow out while you squeese the rear delt while sligtly bend forward / . You row/laterial raise/rear laterial raise type motion. Elbow out. Focus on rear delt . Easy
    That with bent over rear laterial flyes added in with your exercises for front and side delts should get you nice shoulders.

    Here's the secret to shoulders: it's not actually a high volume muscle as much as people think it is. Yes you still want to do a movement for each head but you don't need a lot of sets per head. The reason people think you do is shitty exercise selection. If you do cable lateral raises & cable bent over raises with your upper arm going from across your body to full extension, with a GOOD tension curve that puts the highest difficulty around the middle of the ROM, & go slow & controlled, you should only need a couple of sets a couple of times a week to blast your side & rear delts, (& a few sets of OHP for good measure). People volume spam dumbbell lateral raises because they're an inefficient movement so require more sets.
