That with bent over rear laterial flyes added in with your exercises for front and side delts should get you nice shoulders.

The reason people think you do is shitty exercise selection. If you do cable lateral raises & cable bent over raises with your upper arm going from across your body to full extension, with a GOOD tension curve that puts the highest difficulty around the middle of the ROM, & go slow & controlled, you should only need a couple of sets a couple of times a week to blast your side & rear delts, (& a few sets of OHP for good measure). People volume spam dumbbell lateral raises because they're an inefficient movement so require more sets.
Literally every press you do works the anterior deltoid so focus on the other two more instead of training them with half-assed 15lb lat raises done 20 reps from failure.
