Don't cut fat entirety dummy, you need it to function. Eat meat and some dairy but no frying is allowed. You can go further by removing the yolk from your eggs, dropping processed meat entirely and replacing it with beans and broccoli.
Forgot to mention that beans and broccoli do have carbs but it's such a low amount that you won't suffer from it.
