I didn't say it was a good idea. It's a struggle food. Mostly only piss poor people get it because of how cheap it is.

this stuff tastes good if you get the higher end stuff. Still dirt cheap too. 6 bucks for a 5-pack, 500 calories each.

I never buy any noodles with a red bag. It looks like it's stupid crazy hot that will burn my butthole within an hour.

This one isn't very spicy at all. I like it because you can chug it quickly without burning your mouth and shit it out without burning your butthole.

If you're gonna make asian noodles, don't eat ramen. Cut some bellpepper and leek, prepare some onions and garlic in oil, boil the mie noodles, put it all together and add a sauce that contains oil, lemon juice and spices. Then eat it with onions sauce.
But only eat it 2-3 days after your last visit at the gym, because the meal contains no protein.

It has too much fat and too little protein basically
with 2400 calories you should be doing at least 200g protein 200g carbs and the remaining fat

articulate why fat is relevant in any capacity besides "because other people say so"
the point of bulking is to put on weight
                protein builds muscle
                calories build weight
milk has both and is easy to consume alongside real food

                Fat is good for you

Fat is good up to a certain point which helps with hormones. Beyond that point it is useless.
The more carbs you eat the stronger/more muscle you build.
                >calories build weight
sure but you dont just want weight you want to be at the best version of yourself fitness wise and that is achieved via high carbs, look at any world class athlete/lifter diet. if high fat was good they would all be on keto

These shits unintentionally made me realise how good excess salt and pepper can be for you. Whenever I feel drained or overworked I put the stove on and season this shit like a motherfricker and eat it, it feels like an instant powerup, cheat code levels of energy. Only explanation I can think of is the salt, probably helps circulation or some shit because it makes me feel amazing. If you ever have a tight chest, you're pale, your veins are folded and your blood is constricted, just eat a shitton of salt. Insant circulation and breathing boost. Creates a shitton of cum too, you will cum buckets even in your 5th cumshot of the day
