every tried doing sport with a full stomach or move around?
yeah the best time to eat is before bed or at noon because your body does nothing but rebuild and rest during the night.
And if you're on a cut you always will get insomnia, so you're beating two flys with one strike.
I do shed a tonne of weight when I drink teas. Coffee is alright too I guess.
But how will you get a good night's sleep with your digestive system working overtime?
Later afternoon is best. Makes it so you go to bed hungry, but not too hungry, and you've burnt a lot of fat through the day already. One meal when the sun starts to set, basically.
for me, it's iced green tea with lemon, and a drizzle of peach extract....espresso black, one shot in the morning.
But yeah...Sometimes I look at all the landwhales around me and wonder...these people must either be smashing 4000k meals in one sitting or they are constantly micro-grazing at a rate of 400 calories/hour in the waking hours. That's like 200calories every 30 mins. Crazy shit.
As soon as you start trying to incorporate protein goals or homemade nutritious foods it becomes a hard task to eat like that every day. But if you're eating like utter dogshit, like all these people do, it's quite easy to do by accident. A large Oreo McFlurry + Large Fries + Big Mac is 1876kcal. That is probably an underestimate for what a fatty would consider a filling Mcdonalds meal. 2 meals of something like that per day and you're already pushing 4000kcal if not more.
See it's weird. Maybe its because I was poor, but even back when I used to eat fast food semi-regularly, I couldn't even crack 2000 calories. Like a burger, medium fry and drink does it for me.
Where do these people get the appetite? Is it hormonal imbalances or something like that. I guess I destroyed my ghrelin or cortisol sensitivity way early in life by basically fasting most of my uni days away, till night time. OMAD basically. But in the end...I can't stomach too much at once like that.
In the winter, I have 2-3 weeks where I crack 2000 calories and it's honestly because of SAD (seasonal affective disorder). But it lasts like 3 weeks, I put on like 2-3kgs of weight and then within a month or two, crack of spring, I'm already way back down naturally, and then through summer I eat so little (mostly consume drinks to stay cool and hydrate) that I often end up going down to >15%bf easily.
I basically do <15%bf summer to maybe 18%bf in winter at peak depression hours, then back at it again.
I guess everyone has fluctuations but for them to get so extreme for some people. Like I know people that can put on 10kg in like 2 weeks of holidays. It's crazy.
aight thnx

also make sure to smoke if you start to feel hungry!!
Nope
Drink a beer instead of eating that one meal. Sleep through the hunger.
Will it protect me from getting shitty tattoos
just do amphetamines and don't eat at all lol
you can even hardcore lift on amphetamines without feeling fatigued from hunger
unironically correct
i eat in the evening and on weekends
I did fine on two meals
