No, it'd be good delts, no chest, no arms, no legs, no back. Only newfriends think that doing 225 on bench magically gives you decent arms/chest, unless you're able to do like 3-4 sets of 10, but let's be serious, this is IST. Set of five at best. I look DYEL as frick doing 3x5 235.
I like to think my upper back is pretty good but my lower back sucks. I use 225 for my bent over row sets. I tweaked my back early on doing deadlifts and I guess it scared me from ever going much past 3 pl8s

that's perfect though. your OHP, bench, squat and deadlift should all be equal numbers to ensure well-rounded muscle development.

I bet a lot of it is just mental. Squatting to proper depth with heavy weight usually stresses my lower back to nearly the same degree as a deadlift.
now just get OHP to at least 280 and you've achieved perfect physique
most lifters dont train for squats. unfortunately.
