      If you're actually skinnyfat, you can quickly recomp and then bulk if you want. If you're fat and coping by calling yourself skinnyfat, you should cut.

      All this is true. Muscle recomp is where it's at. The key is being on deficit (not too much) and don't get frustrated when some lifts go bad. That's part of mind-muscle engagement that gets triggered better with time.

    depends on what you want to be. if you larp as powersharter then frick it just bulk and get big. if you want to look aestethic from the beginning, cut first. you can and will put muscle on both cases. but being 200lbs helps with "strength" more than being 130lbs. thats why powersharters shouldnt lose bodyfat first. basically they never need to unless they compete and have to make weight.

        My forearm training sucks for sure, but I am 100% 6'4 and this is exactly 10 months progress regardless of what you think lol. I got out of shape and have lifted a large part of my life so it wasn't too hard to get back in shape.

        Also helps that my parents were both college athletes... but A and B are just false, I have no reason to lie anyway.
