Is this really true or you guys just trolling?
Post your skin please as a proof. I want to try it if its really true niga.
My routine is just using moisturizer for day and retinol cream for night. And wash just using water cos i have minimalist approach and think the less chemical shit you put on your skin is better.
Shut up, pissface
Is truth. Do your reasearch lazy Black person, deep reasearch. Theres books and forums about it. Here is an mexican actor at the age of 63 aprox, he talks about it but you wouldn't understand shit bc is in spanish so just look at how he looks: https://youtu.be/8RVnr4T__Ok

Shit homie now you guys convinced me.
Will be joining your urine gang my homie.
Any detailed method of how you guys doing it? Do you wash it after or leaving it dry? For how long?
>Google: books about urine therapy, urinetherapy forums even reddit quora etc >DYOR
You can take microdose of urine as drops under the tonge (sublingual) or you can drink it whole and some inject themselves. If you are gonna drink don't eat shit or too much shit, you know the typical shit coffee, too much red meat, processed food etc. Nevertheless you can use topical too without caring if you eat shit but the results aren't the same, in your hair it gets rid of dandruff and can help you to grow hair and make it thicker too. In your face/body would be like using an expensive cream. The most expensive creams for the face and the such have a key ingredient, that is urea, tho they use animal urea no human. Urine is mostly water and the second great percentage of it is urea, do the math Black person.
Already applying this urine method this morning. So when i wake up i pee in a bottle and then using my hand i smear my face with it until it last drop and let it dry for 2 or 3 minutes. And after that i just wash it with water. Am i doing it right?

Probiotic face wash. After gym and night.
Exfoliate 2x a week
Loriel anti aging serum at night
Loriel anti aging cream 24spf for day
Loriel anti age protection night cream.
I don’t touch my face.
This guy's skin looks perfectly fine. I think some of you are too used to filtered pics where people completely blur out their pores and wrinkles, and wear foundation to hide their uneven tone. But all of that is pretty ordinary in skin. Pic related is wearing heavy makeup and you can still see her texture.
This. You should photoshop all your pictures before you post them. Social media is for demoralisation. You're either the demoralizer or the demoralizee
This, not eating processed junk and staying hydrated goes a long way. I just exfoliate and use a little bit of coconut oil and thanks to my diet my skin is clear and hydrated.
Also, stay out of the sun or use sunscreen
>stay out of the sun
You need sunlight. Don't sit in the sun too long, but if you never go into the sun you're good skin will be offset by your brittle bones and loss of energy.
>cerave face wash in the shower >korean toner >alpha arbutin >vitamin c serum >moisturizer (usually some korean brand or generic l'loreal shit when I run out) >sunscreen (boire uv or la roche-posay)
Donate blood. Your iron levels are too high, and the skin under your eyes is so thin when pools of deoxygenated blood sit there it creates the appearance of dark circles. Two or three donations in a short period (24 weeks) should fix it up and after that one donation a year will keep it nice.
>photoshop retouching to failure >airbrushes to failure >3x5 facelift >botox to failure >3x10 collagen fillers >HGH to failure >microneedling to failure >PRP injections to failure
>cold showers >cerave foaming cleanser >chemical exfoliator >vitamin c serum >0.1% retinae >cerave lotion
I've experimented with about everything but I still get terrible fricking acne. The only thing that worked was Minodoxil but made me dissociate into hell.
I lost a bit while I was taking it, but I was also doing moronic shit like daily shampoo, no conditioner, and hot showers, and I was anxious as frick from its psychological effects. I'm 21 and at maybe a norwood 1 after taking it for a year.
I alternate between daytime A and B. One day A, next day B and so on. On nights that I do daytime A routine I use tretinoin 0.05%. My face is clear, but I tend to breakout a little on my period ever since I started using a hormonal IUD, so I take 50mg spironolactone everyday.
It may seem like a lot, but half of the products I use are just moisturisers: >benton snail bee >vanicream moisturising cream >vanicream healing ointment
are all just for hydration. Tretinoin, azelaic acid, and panoxyl are all actives which can cause a lot of irritation, which is why I alternate their use daily and make sure that my skin is hydrated enough to tolerate them.
If I get symptoms of a damaged moisture barrier (stinging during product application, tightness, dryness, redness, etc), I will take a break from actives for a week and focus on moisture.
But anyway, you shouldn't introduce skincare products all at once, especially not actives. It can take a long time to find products that agree with your skin, as well as a frequency that doesn't irritate you. I'd start with a gentle cleanser, an oil cleanser (for sunscreen removal), a moisturiser, and a simple SPF and then begin to add more products/switch some products out to find a good routine.

AM >Wash face with cold water, cold eye mask while I stretch Bateman style unironically >La Roche moisturizer/SPF combo
PM >Cerave SA Cleanser in the shower >Witch hazel toner >Retinol moisturizer one day, gradual tanning moisturizer the next (alternating days)
And while it's not exactly skincare related, Crest whitening strips every once in a while.
This picture gives me PTSD of when I was buying a dozen fricking skin products too. My skin cleared up but as soon as I stopped the routine it came back.
I'm a man though. And honestly, frick that shit. I'd rather occasionally break out with a few pimples once every few weeks than have to spend an hour in front of the mirror again putting on gay fricking lotions. I can still attract some women without having a shiny, flawless pretty boy face.
I got all this from some homosexual on youtube as his entire channel is purely about skin care. >morning >cleanser >once a week an exfoliator >pure hylaronic acid >moisturizer >sunscreen
>PM >cleanser >either hydroboost or a night time cream
I also don't rub my face after a shower and let it air dry as well.
Not him, but: >Exfoliation
Tons of your skin cells die everyday, and exfoliation helps to remove that dead layer and reveal the fresh skin underneath. This also helps by allowing the rest of your skincare products to penetrate better. Exfoliation can be done physically (like with a scrub), or chemically (with an acid like salicylic acid and lactic acid). But it generally shouldn't be done everyday because overexfoliation will completely wreck your moisture barrier and irritate your skin. I would only exfoliate 2x a week maximum. Pic related is a really good chemical exfoliant that you can try. Will itch for a few mins as the acid does its work, though.
You can also do monthly chemical peels at your dermatologist's office, if you'd like. The only difference being that the acids they use are far stronger and will cause your face to peel off the dead skin like crazy for a few days afterward. But it's perfectly normal and safe.
And: >Acids
There are many different kinds, but most of the ones you'll hear about in skincare are related to exfoliating. You have BHAs (beta hydroxy acids, ex: salicylic acid) and AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids, ex: lactic acid). Very generally, AHAs help break the bonds that keep dead skin together, encouraging the dead layer to slough off. BHAs exfoliate by going deeper and unclogging pores. BHAs tend to be more drying and irritating, so you shouldn't use them very frequently.
Some acids like hyaluronic acid aren't for exfoliating at all. Hyaluronic acid is used for hydrating your skin because it retains a lot of moisture. Unlike exfoliant acids, you can use it everyday. People tend to use hyaluronic acid serums and then follow up with a good moisturiser and it's fantastic for dry skin.
Other acids like azelaic acid help treat redness/rosacea and acne with antibacterial properties.
Exfoliators like the other guy said help get rid of old skin on your face so your face looks fresher and younger. The hylaronic acid helps keep in moisture because apparently moisture is the name of the game.
If your skin is already accustomed to differin, then yes it's fine. Don't use AHA every night, though, unless you want to irritate the hell out of your skin. Once or twice a week should suffice.
> I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
Morning:
La Roche cleanser
La Roche moisturizer/sunscreen combo
Night:
La Roche cleanser
Differin gel from anti aging/acne
La Roche double action moisturizer
Keep is simple. No need to buy five different fancy creams. Keep skin moisturized and having retionoid for anti aging. This will delay aging and allow for graceful aging process.
Also forgot to emphaize sun screen. Sun damage is a major cause of premature aging. Always wear sunscreen on face even in doors due to windows to prevent aging/damage.
See pic of trucker of 28 years of his face that was near the window vs the facial skin that wasn't.

Have only been using for a few months. It hurts like hell and is extremely irritating. Have tried depths between .25 and 2.5 mm, depending on the thickness of the skin on various parts of the face/neck. I have a genetic condition which makes my skin thinner than normal and inhibits collagen production, thinking about sticking to shallower depths
Moisturizers:
CeraVe Moisturizing Cream and Moisturizing Lotion (I like the cream better) for face and neck. I use whatever for my arms and legs, opt for brands without parabens or fragrance
UV Protection:
I work outdoors but keep my face and neck bundled up like a mummy underneath several items of UV protective clothing, polycarbonate lense sunglasses (acryllic doesn't block UV as well- polarization doesn't effect UV, but I prefer it anyway) and a sun hat
All you need is a moisturizer, a cleanser, a retinoid, and UV protection
For me, it's sunlight. My face is always clear in the summer, and the tan looks good with my thick, curly hair, but I get spots and zits in the winter. I need to start tanning during the cold seasons.
I used to have a routine if you could call it that but it just seems random whenever my skin would be "glowing" and "dewy". I exfoliated twice a week and try to moisturize daily and nightly. I think the only real way to look nice all the time is just have a stress free life lol.

hygiene is only for women bro you're actually right man I love smelling like a rancid fart and looking like an over baked tray of lasagna it really makes me feel masculine
I think having oily skin is a blessing.
If I simply keep washing ym face 2x a day wih plain water and maybe some minimum of soap, I have perfect skin at age 35
And unironically the basic shit is the best for skincare, just use some actual face wash as opposed to putting shower gel on your face. Exfoliate twice a week two
wash my face with sulfur+zinc soap bar before bed, apply tretinoin, apply moisturizer, go to sleep. in the morning wash with water and go about my day. sulfur and zinc bar soap + 50mg zinc supps made my backne go away for the first time in my life and I have a spotless back now. This soap is amazing.

How do you reverse sagginess? My cheeks are losing elasticity and im getting nasolabial folds which is the #1determinant of aging poorly
Cheap method would be to use a dermaroller. If your cheek bones aren't that prominent then sorry bro, your skin is gonna sag faster. Hyaluronic acid fillers can restore fullness in that region. Same with nasolabial folds. Stop smoking btw.

If I simply keep washing ym face 2x a day wih plain water and maybe some minimum of soap, I have perfect skin at age 35
Lel he looks like kurt Cobain in the right pic
And unironically the basic shit is the best for skincare, just use some actual face wash as opposed to putting shower gel on your face. Exfoliate twice a week two
wash my face with sulfur+zinc soap bar before bed, apply tretinoin, apply moisturizer, go to sleep. in the morning wash with water and go about my day. sulfur and zinc bar soap + 50mg zinc supps made my backne go away for the first time in my life and I have a spotless back now. This soap is amazing.
Water. Drink it. Wash my face with it.
Solid advice here, most people dont drink enough water. Being properly hydrated is great for your skin
