Go on a slight calorie deficit, lift weights, do a bit of cardio, eat better. That will fix many things if you stick to it, except for maybe your big juicy nips.
Since a few weeks i'm getting 1800 daily calorie max with limited sugar and carb intake. Along with walking around 7-8k steps per day. Haven't seen any results yet though.

Eat raw meat. Drink raw eggs and raw milk. Walk 12,000 steps a day. Sleep good every night and try to wake up at the same time every morning. If you're a coomer who cooms multiples time a day, then cut it to few times a week. Get rid of any goyslop in your diet.
Eating eggs raw is purely for convenience/speed, not health.
You waste a ton of protein by eating them raw because the egg whites aren't as bioavailable as when they are cooked.
